11/05/2026: So, a friend from the area took me there for a good burger, and frankly, it was incredible (I had the hot burger). The flavors were spot on, it was very generously topped, the homemade fries were amazing, as were the homemade sauces, and the owner was super welcoming and friendly. Go there without hesitation, it's an amazing place! 🤩🤯 Thanks again, Chef! 🧑🍳

The ash was excellent. 5/5
However...
The service was deplorable; something was always missing (even the spoons for dessert...).
The dessert was inedible... Ice cream and topping that looked like it belonged in the subway; I couldn't eat it. The owner, from the middle of the dining room, not even in private, called me out in front of everyone and shouted: "You shouldn't have ordered it if you're not going to eat it!" I didn't want to argue, so I didn't say anything... But the behavior is outrageous! If you serve garbage, don't try to make it worse by telling your customers they can't finish their meal.

The service was wonderful: fast, attentive, and very friendly.
The food was good, and the tarte flambée was even very good.
