Very nice restaurant. Cute and calm, with a warm welcome and excellent cuisine without breaking the bank, which is not always easy in Noirmoutier. The small garden is very nice and the place located far from the crowds is a little difficult on a daily basis in summer on the island. Thank you for the delicious hot oysters with parmesan cream 🩷

1st dinner on the terrace on this sunny May bridge. The fish is cooked to delicious perfection in squid ink pasta. Egg custard like “mom”. Unpretentious family restaurant but good cuisine. And I liked the boss' humor.

07/11/2023: In ten days at Le Vieil we ate there three times! And drank coffee more often! Friendly and fairly quick service. Simple menu, quality regional products and a little bit of Italy too. Very good value for money A nice address, remember to book! In 2021 we went there even more often, always good! THANKS! 2022, 2023 still good! We will always miss grilled sardines!
31/10/2023: Small, very friendly, family-friendly village bistro. We are very well received there. Tasty traditional Italian cuisine.

08/12/2024: Short weekend in Noirmoutier-en-l’Île and what luck to find a restaurant of this scale open in the middle of the storm!
10/11/2024: Mixed When we arrived, first service at 8 p.m. and one of the two menus was already no longer available and nothing to replace it.. (poor organization) Then we take the only menu available, it's good but not extraordinary given the price applied. And indeed it calls itself high standard but a super cold waitress A little disappointed for what we don't say about the high end
