The meat was excellent, and the ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow and didn't respect the order of arrival. We received our meals an hour and 45 minutes after arriving, while other tables were served well before us despite their late arrival. Furthermore, they had forgotten to prepare one of the dishes for our table, and by the time they rectified their mistake, everyone hadn't eaten at the same time. To top it all off, the other tables had fries and salad, but we only received fries; they forgot the salad. It's a shame, because it's a good concept and the ingredients are good.

The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. We understand that prices are a bit higher in Biarritz, but we still found the value for money disappointing. We paid €62 for two people for meager portions, and the sauces were charged extra. The service was adequate, but overall, we expected a better experience.

Two couples of us went for dinner, we had a wonderful meal, highly recommended. The meat was delicious, and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.
