Good food is when the ingredients taste like what they are! And we are certainly in the realm of truly excellent cuisine here.
The chef is undoubtedly a master of his craft; cooking techniques and textures hold no secrets for him. He adds to this the knowledge and daring to blend new flavors, elevating the dishes to new heights. The service is warm, attentive, and always delivered with a gentle smile.

A wonderful experience, with fresh, market-driven cuisine. The establishment was spotless.
The staff were very attentive and dedicated to customer service.
I would have liked a bit more variety in the flavors, but a special mention goes to the prawn dish, which I found excellent.

The New Year's Day brunch at the Auberge du Baechel Brunn was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. A magnificent buffet offered guests a wide variety of choices, including shellfish, fish, terrines, foie gras, charcuterie, and more, along with the different sauces prepared by the chef and his team—an explosion of flavors. I mustn't forget to mention the chef's visit to the kitchen for the hot dish, a choice between poultry and fish, which was greatly appreciated by our group. Bravo to Thomas and Esther's entire team, as well as to former staff members Simone and Jean-Paul.

An exceptional restaurant that I highly recommend! The cuisine is sophisticated, modern, and exquisitely refined, while also playfully reinventing traditions with great skill.
I was blown away by the deconstructed tarte flambée, a bold and highly successful interpretation of this iconic Alsatian dish. As for dessert, the reimagined Snickers was an absolute delight that instantly transported us back to childhood.
A truly memorable culinary experience, from appetizer to dessert. Thank you for this wonderful moment!

A wonderful experience. Excellent dishes with a modern touch.
Unique feature: you have physical access to the wine cellar where you can personally choose the bottle you wish to taste.
A big shout-out to the reception and service team.
We will be back (and this time we won't have a time constraint).
