A place where you can really enjoy the silence, beautiful nature, clean air and excellent cuisine. Comfortable clean rooms, homely atmosphere, hospitable polite and responsive staff. Here is a great opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and be filled with the quiet little joys of a simple leisurely life - a pleasant conversation in the fresh air, the smell of pine needles and flowers, a glass of wine and a variety of flavors of deliciously prepared dishes.

The rooms are tasteful, a bit outdated but always clean. The staff was very polite and friendly although they don’t speak english very well. The breakfast is fantastic with a small but super delicious variety, while looking down to the valley and at the village. The restaurant offers an excellent but also quite pricy multi course menu for dinner.

Perché en face du village de Paillon, bel établissement avec grand parking, quelques marches pour se rendre à la belle terrasse. Nous avons très bien déjeuné. Accueil chaleureux sympathique et professionnel. Gastronomie classique avec créativité, je recommande absolument.

04/08/2024: Excellent déjeuner ce jour. Terrasse ombragée à souhait et par cette chaleur c’est plus qu’agréable ! Établissement avec beaucoup de charme. Les plats du menu sont maîtrisés à la perfection au niveau de la cuisson, de la créativité et des saveurs. Même le cocktail maison était original et bon. Un grand bravo au chef et à son équipe ainsi qu’aux serveurs. Le service est souriant et attentif. Bref un moment de détente parfaite. J’y retournerai certainement et je ne peux que vous conseiller d’aller voir par vous-même
15/07/2024: In a stunning position on the edge of Peillon village, high above Nice, the restaurant is certainly worth the trip. Chef Thomas offer an excellent cuisine in the tradition of his father Christian. Nice selection of wiens of provence.
