We enjoyed our lunch at L'Auverge de la Munia. The Pyrenees trout and the local charcuterie board did not disappoint. Beautiful mountain view from the terrace. Charming interior.

We had lunch there one day, after calling ahead to make a reservation. The terrace was packed, as it was the holiday season. The food was homemade, simple but excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. They don't accept credit cards, so remember to bring cash.

03/05/2026: First of all, a huge thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Pujo for their warm welcome and professionalism. A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees. Sincerely, your guests from Aveyron.
