The welcome was perfect; the entire team was incredibly attentive, providing top-notch service with a smile. The starters were a delight! A subtle balance of sweet and savory in the foie gras, and the perfectly cooked scallops were a real treat. The main courses were a pleasant surprise, and a big thank you for adapting to the unusual circumstances. As for the desserts: The pavlova was magnificent, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, and the chocolate entremets was also a delight. A big thank you to the sommelier for his advice and kindness. Thank you again to the entire team at this establishment for treating us to such a wonderful meal in this magnificent setting; we were thrilled. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in a superb setting. It was a delightful discovery, especially for our first time trying the tasting menu with wine pairings. The service, the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the staff were all impeccable.

This isn't our first time at this restaurant, and each time it's a dream. The large, beautiful dining room has stone walls and is tastefully decorated, complete with a working fireplace, comfortable seating, and a stunning view of the marsh. The dining room is very wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a large window, allowing you to watch the chefs at work. The servers are delightful: incredibly welcoming and attentive, always eager to please. The cuisine is refined, traditional French. I chose the fish of the day: sea bass with rutabaga prepared in various ways (pureed, chips, baked), mousseline, and oyster leaf (the oyster leaf flavor was surprising). And their rutabaga is truly delicious! For dessert, a pear pavlova with something inside (I can't quite remember what). Absolutely divine! In short, this restaurant is flawless. You can go there without hesitation!

I discovered this place thanks to two friends. I have to say, the setting is magnificent, the staff lovely, and the food delicious and plentiful! Between the fireplace and the waterfalls, it's a truly relaxing and timeless experience.
