Exceptional! Yesterday, September 5th, was a day to remember. Thank you for this 5-star menu; we wish we could have given it 1,000 stars! An incredible starter, main course, and dessert, with unique flavors, preparation, presentation, and service. The cookies with whipped cream were perfect with the coffee, and the petits fours accompanied the delicious rum cocktail. The setting is chic and idyllic, and for celebrating our Aunt Millette's 90th birthday in style, we couldn't have hoped for anything better. Thank you to her for the invitation, and thank you to you for this pleasure and these wonderful moments. Congratulations to the entire team!

A magnificent setting, a superb meal with surprising yet perfectly balanced flavors. The service was also cheerful, which is a real plus in a place like this.
In the photo are some of the dishes served:
- Duck breast with a variety of corn preparations
- Meagre fillet with vegetables and a triple sec emulsion
- Lemon, fennel, and black sesame ice cream tartlet
- Pistachio and raspberry dessert in various textures
After a stroll along the Sèvre River, we were able to stop a second time for refreshments. A wonderful place to recommend, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting.

My partner and I had a wonderful time. From start to finish, we were delighted with our meal. The various dishes, the amuse-bouches (both the appetizer and dessert), and the drinks were all exceptional.
The staff is lovely, attentive, and friendly. We appreciated being able to chat with them throughout our meal.
It was a truly enjoyable culinary experience, and we will definitely be back!

A very good restaurant, located on the edge of the Sèvre river and the marshlands. The menu changes regularly and features interesting dishes paired with good wines. A great place to discover with friends.

A truly blissful moment! ❤️ Everything was perfect from start to finish: a delicious meal, a warm atmosphere, and a magnificent setting. We truly felt like we'd escaped the everyday and enjoyed a wonderful break, a real escape.
We felt so at ease there that time seemed to stand still… A place where you come to eat, but above all, where you leave with beautiful memories.
