We had a great time as a family. The welcome, service and cuisine are excellent. The waitress was adorable with our little Paul. We recommend this hostel without hesitation. We will come back with pleasure.

Very good atmosphere and the food is excellent! We ate on the terrace at the end of February, I recommend, go there with your eyes closed! Vincent.

Served at 2 p.m. midweek. Excellent meal. Everything is homemade! We ate on the terrace at the end of February with lots of sunshine and a magnificent view 😍 Lovely staff 🥰

Nous avons mangé une truffade du feu de dieu excellente ! Et une omelette très bonne, les quantités y sont très généreuse le service est excellent nous avons été accueilli par Sophie son service à été extrêmement attentionné très souriante et adorable merci ça fait plaisir continué. Très bon restaurant que je recommande ✌️🤩🤩🌈🌈🌈

Après avoir testé plusieurs fois le menu du jour à 17€ (Entrée, plat, fromage et dessert), j’ai testé à la carte, la pièce de bœuf et truffade. Vous avez aussi la salade de chèvre chaud et les tripoux accompagnés de truffade. Toujours aussi copieux et de qualité, une Auberge comme je les aimes. Réservation très fortement conseillé. Places de parking devant le restaurant. Vous pouvez passer un long moment tranquille autour d’un café, thé ou chocolat chaud. Je recommandes.

12/03/2024: Hard to beat ! Very warm welcome, spacious, comfortable room, very clean and peaceful. High quality catering with regional products, we spent a pleasant and relaxed time in a family atmosphere, close to a beautiful site... A real relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. We will not hesitate to return.
07/03/2024: Very nice discovery, family hotel, very well maintained, rooms of remarkable cleanliness. Warm welcome from the young owners who are very friendly. As for catering, a real treat, local products, generous quantity. We will come back without hesitation.

05/04/2024: We found what we were looking for, an excellent and copious truffade in a good atmosphere. The dessert is also worth a visit. I must highlight the particularly pleasant and warm welcome and service. Thanks to the entire Buron du Col team.
04/04/2024: Excellent welcome, including the smile and advice of Céline and all the friends at her side. As for the cuisine, well done, copious and refined dishes. The mistake would be not to stop there. The advice is to book.
