We ordered stuffed cabbage the day before. Delicious!
An aperitif with peanuts is a rare treat these days. Seasonal desserts (cherry clafoutis, apricot tart...) all homemade.
I highly recommend this inn.
The service was impeccable, with no waiting. A smiling and pleasant waitress. A lovely inn at the foot of the Sancy mountains and the Chaudefour Valley. We will definitely return. Thank you to the chefs.

An inn that was recommended to us and we were not disappointed, good and very hearty meal, charming waitress, only criticism is that you have to pay 5 euros for a dodge bag, I had never seen that before.

Motorcycle ride with friends, there were 26 of us! Our table was ready! We arrived 15 minutes late! It takes forever to fill up with gas 😬😬😬 A warm welcome, our aperitif order was taken very quickly and served just as fast!! Perfect, we were thirsty!! 🍺🍺 And then, ❤️TRUFFADE CHARCUTERIE ❤️ Absolutely amazing, as the kids say!! Very generous portions and exceptional quality!! Top-of-the-range charcuterie and a dry sausage to savor, not forgetting the blueberry ice cream!! Thank you again for this meal and your hospitality!!

We stopped here on our motorbike, as we were crossing the mountains and wanted to refresh ourselves with a snack and drinks. Not only was the charcuterie platter delicious and generous, but the owner was also incredibly charming and surprised us by speaking fluent German – a language she had learned at school and perfected during her travels in Germany. A truly delightful encounter!
