A pleasant little inn with delicious food. The waitresses are very attentive to the customers. The background music is very discreet.

A fantastic family outing! The restaurant is well-located with a small, friendly terrace inside, and the staff are lovely! The price is very reasonable for a family, with the set menu at €20 (starter, main course, dessert) and a complimentary aperitif! I highly recommend it!

We loved the food, it was delicious. The staff was very friendly; we were with a child and he was served first. The service was good, although the dessert took a little longer because the restaurant was busy. 100% recommended.

Set menu at €20, complimentary aperitif (sangria). Choice of several starters: gizzard salad, onion gratin, warm goat cheese salad. Choice of several main courses: homemade cassoulet, grilled ribeye steak, chicken, pollack Provençal style. Choice of several desserts: apple tart, ice cream/sorbet, panna cod. Impeccable and prompt service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent value.

Very good restaurant. The €20 set menu was perfectly adequate. A plus was the dessert option, which you can choose from the entire menu for an additional €1.50 depending on the dessert. The restaurant was very quiet and I was served quickly. I recommend it.

16/05/2026: I went there with friends just for a drink, and the place is great! The staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm not from Carcassonne, but I'll definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area.
12/05/2026: First of all, the setting is superb, a perfect blend of modernity and the building's history. We ate very well, exactly what you expect when you come to eat here: excellent ingredients, quality meats cooked to perfection over a wood fire, and delicious side dishes! Special mention goes to Arthur's (the restaurant's chef) chocolate mousse.

11/05/2026: Lovely menu du jour with good drinks choices. Highlights were the pork, tuna steak and creme brulee
31/03/2026: I came to try this restaurant for lunch on the terrace, ideally located on Place Carnot. I ordered the set menu: a very good meal overall. However, there was a slight issue with dessert: of the several options advertised, only one was available. Not wanting dessert, I asked for an espresso, but no alternative was offered. The price remained the same, which is a bit of a shame. Overall, a good experience in terms of food, but the service needs improvement.
