Four of us ate dinner in the courtyard in the evening. It was a quiet courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle. The food (4 courses) was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive. The time between courses was appropriate; it's not fast food, after all. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place; we had a wonderful meal, excellent quality cuisine, just what you expect from an inn. Whether it was the salmon or the famous homemade cassoulet, everything was delicious.

Magnificent restaurant! The dishes are authentic and delicious, with truly top-notch presentation; you'd almost think you were in a gourmet restaurant. Simple yet effective, the set menus start at €20 and include a starter, main course, dessert, and a complimentary house aperitif. Of course, the authentic cassoulet is included in the menus. The staff is pleasant and smiling. Go into this restaurant; you'll be very well received!

Pure class. True French gastronomic tradition, including the service. The dishes are homemade and prepared to order. I tasted the steak tartare and the cassoulet. I highly recommend it. Bravo!

01/07/2026: A pleasant experience at La Table de l'Olivier in the Mercure Carcassonne. I was a little disappointed not to have dined on the terrace. It's a hotel restaurant, but one might expect a bit more atmosphere. The chef's cuisine is simple yet delicious. If you're staying at the hotel, don't hesitate; otherwise, there are better options in Carcassonne.

The melon and ham carpaccio was a great starter, too. I finished my meal with a molten chocolate lava cake that was simply divine. If you’re looking for a great meal in Carcassonne, I highly recommend this place. Truly satisfied! I had the best dinner in Carcassonne! The orange-honey glazed chicken breast was especially exquisite, perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The melon and ham carpaccio appetizer was also wonderfully balanced. The molten chocolate lava cake for dessert was rich and a perfect finish. If you’re looking for a great meal in Carcassonne, I highly recommend this place!
