The food was delicious, and the lady and the young man who served us were wonderful. Thank you so much!

Pleasant setting with a lovely terrace.
We chose the €20 set menu, which was excellent value for money.
We recommend it.

Passing through Carcassonne, we wanted to try a good cassoulet, and we weren't disappointed, so much so that we came back the next day for lunch 😅
The service was perhaps a little slower the second time, but nothing too serious. The interior terrace is indeed very pleasant for enjoying the peace and quiet, especially given the constant hustle and bustle in the city streets during peak season.
And this cassoulet, cooked in duck fat, is truly delicious! A real treat that makes us want to return on our next visit! :-)

We were very happy to have found this restaurant. We were very comfortable outside in a quiet setting compared to the very noisy square next door.
The waiters were very pleasant.
The food was very good and the portions were just right.
The restrooms were clean.
A very good set menu for under €21.
If we return to Carcassonne, we will definitely go back to Les Ducs d'Oc.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
The meal was excellent and very reasonably priced (starter/main course/dessert with a complimentary house aperitif for €20).
The service was excellent and always friendly.
We will definitely return.

Four of us ate dinner in the courtyard in the evening. It was a quiet courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle.
The food (4 courses) was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive.
The time between courses was appropriate; it's not fast food, after all.
I highly recommend it.

It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to still not receive our desserts.
It's good value for money, but avoid it due to the lack of staff.
