Restaurant Le Vicomté sur Carcassonne

A pleasant experience at La Table de l'Olivier in the Mercure Carcassonne. I was a little disappointed not to have dined on the terrace. It's a hotel restaurant, but one might expect a bit more atmosphere. The chef's cuisine is simple yet delicious. If you're staying at the hotel, don't hesitate; otherwise, there are better options in Carcassonne.

I absolutely loved my dinner here! The orange-honey glazed chicken breast was a highlight—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The melon and ham carpaccio was a great starter, too. I finished my meal with a molten chocolate lava cake that was simply divine. If you’re looking for a great meal in Carcassonne, I highly recommend this place. Truly satisfied! I had the best dinner in Carcassonne! The orange-honey glazed chicken breast was especially exquisite, perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The melon and ham carpaccio appetizer was also wonderfully balanced. The molten chocolate lava cake for dessert was rich and a perfect finish. If you’re looking for a great meal in Carcassonne, I highly recommend this place!
