This was our favourite place to eat in Saumur. Everything was good. Burgers were exceptional. And pizzas from the wood oven. Staff were very friendly and patient & helpful with English speakers. Highly recommend it.

Très belle table dans le centre de Saumur. Nous nous régalés avec les spécialités locales (fouées). Pour ma part, j'ai choisi l'entrecôte qui était excellente ! Mention spéciale pour la sauce au bleu faite maison. Le personnel est très professionnel et attentionné. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Reception service: The team is very professional, attentive to its customers, responsive. Perfect staff. The fouées are very good, the food quality, as well as the wines. It's very good, fast. Well done!!

Very good restaurant, we regularly eat fouées as a family. The menu with unlimited fouées offers very good value for money. Dynamic and motivated service team. We are served quickly and warmly!

I opted for a 'fouées' discovery menu These local rolls are baked on site in a beautiful wood-fired oven. Served with good accompaniments Good service and great experience!

Very good bistro. Perfect welcome and service. The oven in the bistro room gives a warm touch to the place. The fouées menu is good and plentiful. The meat is quality. Good value for money. We had a great time.

12/08/2024: Good morning, Thank you for having us yesterday without reservation... 5 people including 3 hungry children 🤣 Intimate decor at the back. Succulent zander, divine flank steak, nugget for the two little ones. Thanks to the chef, his Lady and his son. Unpretentious address but where you eat very well and are very well received. If you are looking for table service in white gloves, go your way, it will save you from having to act like a drama queen here and discourage restaurateurs 😆 Just “Thank you” 🎣 Pic’s 8 ♣️

20/09/2024: Зашли сегодня поужинать после позднего заселения в отель. Все рекомендованные в отеле рестораны либо были заполнены, либо уже закрывались. Случайно зашли сюда. Впечатления смешанные: дизайн ресторана на втором этаже специфический, меню очень маленькое, выбора практически нет. Подача красивая. Обслуживание быстрое. Жена взяла утку, осталась очень довольна: сочная грудка, хороший размер порции, с интересным соусом. Я взял говядину, попросил прожарку medium, в результате мясо в середине было вообще не прожарено, больше похоже было на rare. Мясо сочное, но какое-то безвкусное, не было ощущения, что наслаждаешься им, соус не спасал, в общем мне не понравилось... Десерт с инжиром обычный, вроде вкусно, но ничего особенного. В общем, второй раз сюда вряд ли вернёмся...
