Very nice discovery!! meal with friends, the opinion is unanimous: SUCCULENT!! the empty plates bore witness to this!!!
The quality/price ratio is unbeatable!! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and in the kitchen: the VERY competent staff!! well done to them!! I highly recommend it!!

We really enjoyed our meal here. I had the octopus starter, cassoulet, and apple pie all of which were first class. My wife had the crystal bead, ham and truffle infused cheese starter followed by the rack of lamb - both great. And we shared a lovely bottle of local rosé wine. The food was really terrific and the serving staff were all delightful. The reason the review is not 5* is that the service was a little haphazard. It took 40 mins for our order to be taken. We ordered water, but had to chase this up twice and the gap between courses was a little long. However, these were not deal breakers and the evening was very enjoyable. Surroundings were very nice too. All in all, a lovely evening. Recommended.

They are slow to die!! It's exaggerated. They prefer to clear empty tables than clear the tables of those of us who have already finished and are just waiting for dessert. We've had the finished cassoulet dish for more than 20 minutes and they'd rather clean empty tables than serve us.
The waitresses are quite unpleasant.
Correct quality-price ratio.

We wanted to try cassoulet, and this place came highly recommended. The service was polite, attentive and generous. The menu we chose was beautiful and very good value for money. The gazpacho was beautiful and delicious, a perfect dish for a hot day. The cassoulet was wonderful. I really enjoyed the pavlova for dessert. Our server was very attentive and helped us to pick options for my daughter, who is a bit picky.

Nous avons été tres agréablement surpris par la qualité des plats et de la présentation. Le cassoulet est certainement un des meilleurs de Carcassonne. L'équipe en place est dynamique et très agréable. Petit plus, la fille du patron a été très arrangeante suite à un problème de réservation.
