La cadre est charmant , le resto est à 200 m de l'hôtel.
Une petite carte qui nous indique de la qualité; les produits sont locaux et surtout très bien travaillés( j'ai adoré les légumes)
Le service est impeccable même si le serveur est seul avec beaucoup de clients.
Et les prix du menu et des vins sont raisonnables.

We came for my husband's 60th birthday and were all won over by the very pleasant and spacious setting, the quality of the products and the originality of the dishes to delight the taste buds. Service also top notch. We will keep very good memories of this moment, thank you Mr Mauduit and his entire team.

The best restaurant in the region,
Quality service. A refined cuisine full of flavors, the chef works with lots of herbs from his garden, it really adds something very pleasant to each dish.

Nice interior decor,
Dish without much flavor, a lot of originality in the presentation, it's beautiful but a little bland.
The meat is well cooked, (by the way no question about my preferences in terms of cooking....) the piece must weigh 70-90g max....it's really very little....
Livarot emulsion! finally great taste!
Strawberry Dessert....magnificent presentation which is, again, not found in the mouth...
Taste/price ratio, way too expensive!

Picking day with Christophe Mauduit offered by the Rouen Tourist Office. Excellent meal with nice surprises. Visit the abbey before going to the market. I recommend this formula. Everything was perfect.

Very beautiful and good restaurant. Local products and their garden. The service is perfect, we were very well received. I recommend L'auberge des ruines, which is located in a charming village on the banks of the Seine.

Ce restaurant gastronomique vous accueille dans un cadre chaleureux. Le service est délicat et attentionné et les tables sont suffisamment espacées pour garantir la tranquillité.
La cuisine est raffinée avec de divines associations de saveurs et une présentation magnifique.
Le chef Christophe Mauduit travaille en circuit court avec des producteurs locaux et sa cuisine d'exception est un très bel hommage à la Normandie.
En outre, c’est lui qui nous a servi les plats.
