We received a very friendly welcome, even though the place was still closed. The service and food were excellent, the rooms were newly renovated in a rustic style and lovingly furnished. I can highly recommend it.

On the Route des Grands Alpes, this inn gave us a warm welcome and pampered us on our motorcycles. The gourmet cuisine was a real treat, and the staff were lovely. Thank you, we'll definitely be back! 🙏🏻

We discovered the absolutely magnificent Ubaye Valley. We stayed and ate at the Auberge du Bachelard, where we were warmly welcomed by the very attentive new owners. The room was very pleasant (river side) and comfortable. The highlight was undoubtedly the meal: original, delicious, featuring high-quality regional products from appetizer to dessert. A true visual and gustatory experience. Well done to the team for this very enjoyable time. We highly recommend this place and will certainly return. The Varois

A superb restaurant, incredibly well located! It's wonderful to have a restaurant in the area that cooks so well. The value for money is remarkable; you can really taste the effort put into the dishes. The sauces and jus are outstanding and bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality of the vegetables, as well as the meats and fish, which are truly showcased by the chefs.
I highly recommend it; the setting is also magnificent!

We booked a hotel and meals. Young people have recently taken over this business, and they're off to a good start. Admittedly, the quality justifies a slightly higher price, but we were satisfied.
