THE RESTAURANT… We have been coming to this establishment for several years and only recently learned of the change of ownership. Naturally, when you appreciate a place and the service and cuisine have always been impeccable, you're bound to be a little apprehensive about a change in management. And yet, we were pleasantly surprised! The cuisine is refined and elegant, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The welcome, from both the owner and the waitress, is warm, attentive, and particularly kind. The wine selection is also subtle and perfectly suited to the food. We spend a lot of time in Japan and the United States and are always delighted to find establishments of this quality in our region, where you can feel a genuine attention to the ingredients, the service, and the customer experience. We highly recommend this fine restaurant to gourmets and lovers of refined cuisine. An excellent address near Barcelonnette, in a stunning setting. 🍽️✨

We booked for six people; my wife is lactose intolerant and intolerant to gluten and tomatoes. This is generally very poorly managed in most restaurants, but here the management was superb. The chef handled everything very well, and we enjoyed a relaxing meal with excellent value for money. Thank you again for this lunch and the quality of your dishes.
