A very good restaurant with a special ambiance. The food was excellent. We had oysters as a starter, followed by risotto with scallops and a beef fillet. Everything was prepared to the highest standard and absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

We had dinner last night at Auberge Le Bon Fermier with our two children and had an absolutely delightful time.
The place is simply magnificent: it feels like stepping back in time. The atmosphere, the decor, and the setting are superb; everything is elegant, clean, and perfectly maintained.
You truly feel like you're experiencing a moment outside of time, in a warm and welcoming place where you immediately feel at ease. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end.
A wonderful discovery for the whole family.
We can't wait to come back!

What can I say about this establishment? My grandfather ate there, my parents ate there, so I eat there too when I'm back in the area. It's always a pleasure to enjoy good quality dishes and impeccable service.

A wonderful time in a beautifully maintained inn with a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere, and dining by the fireplace – I highly recommend it. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and offered excellent advice and were very responsive.

What a restaurant… magnificent… several rooms with different decor. Top-notch service. And what can I say about the wood-fired cooking in the dining room… superb!!! Aperitifs with homemade amuse-bouches 😊 followed by oysters, then a carpaccio of super-fresh langoustines with citrus that was to die for… and for the main course, a roasted suckling pig with potatoes and salad… accompanied by a good wine… a delicacy… dessert was impossible… I'm speechless 😂😂… don't hesitate

I tried it for the first time today. The place is truly incredible, the original cobblestones, the decor, the fireplace 😍. I had a perfect time right next to the spit-roasting area. The food was a pure delight. Homemade with local products, everything was perfectly executed. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The Maroilles cheese pastry was perfect. And what can I say about that cream for the baked potatoes 🤤. I left completely satisfied.

A unique and unusual place to discover. I even had an old oven in my room. I highly recommend this lovely establishment in the heart of the city center. The staff is charming, and the chef is a former member of Monsieur Paul's brigade. So, nothing but good things to say!

Loved our stay. Sure, the floors are a bit crooked and noise travels quite a lot through the rooms. but hey, what can you expect from a genuine 500 year old place? The entire place breathes history and the room we had was actually quite spacious. Staff was also nice. Just come here with the right mindset. If you care for yet another sterile environment, this place might not be for you.
