It is a place full of charm and very well decorated, the staff is smiling and warm. The R room that we booked is very pretty despite the bathroom being a little small and with problems with the taps... but this is completely normal given the historic location. The mattress is a little uncomfortable but above all there is a big problem with soundproofing, however the place is magical and for 4 days it suited us. The catering is of high quality and the dishes are presented in beautiful crockery and the place is always just as magical too. Very happy with our stay.

The service is very attentive and the food is really good, duck breast with these little vegetables and a puree, followed by a waffle for dessert with whipped chocolate compote... a treat The terrace is magnificent, you feel in a hidden cocoon Really nice place I will go back

Absolutely superb. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious. Ambience perfect and quirky. We were staying there and the breakfast was also outstanding.

We only used the restaurant but it was worth it. The inner courtyard is fairy-tale like from 3 Musketeers. Who was not there should regret it.

Very pretty setting in the center of Valenciennes. We only had dessert prices which was not a problem, since we were offered a nice table on the terrace. The prices are in the high range but the quality was there. Impeccable service.

A remarkable setting, high quality service, professional while remaining very human. The presentation of the dishes and their quality are well worth the costs displayed. These profiteroles.... Too many good desserts on offer, make a tea room in the afternoon!

11/10/2024: Le concept de ce restaurant, situé au centre de Valenciennes, est de vous faire sentir comme chez vous. La cuisine est simple et répond aux attentes pour ce type d'établissement. Quant au service, il est irréprochable : attentionné sans en faire trop. Je recommande cet endroit pour un moment chaleureux
