We came for dinner; the staff were pleasant, the carpaccio was good, but it was a shame the flambéed meats weren't cooked enough and were very floury.

A wonderful French restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. We showed up spontaneously on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were given a table despite the restaurant being quite busy. We (Austrians) speak hardly any French, yet the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. A big thank you to the staff in both the front of house and the kitchen.

Two pleasant dining rooms, one with a typical Alsatian decor and the other modern with large bay windows letting in plenty of light. The service from all the staff was friendly and competent. The meal was decent.

Beautiful and welcoming setting, very friendly staff, I especially appreciated the waitress with the long hair. I recommend it if you want to eat well and share a good time with family or friends.

04/05/2026: A lovely restaurant in a green setting. Unfortunately, the tarte flambée was burnt, as was the replacement after complaining.
31/03/2026: Every time we're in Alsace, we make a detour to this lovely restaurant, tucked away in the forest but not too far from town, with a large free parking lot. We're always greeted with a smile and good cheer. The dining room is spacious and the decor is pleasant. The tables are well-spaced, the food is top-notch, and there's a large terrace in the summer. The tarte flambée is perfectly cooked and beautifully topped. As for the desserts, even if you've already had a good meal, don't miss them! (The giant profiterole is amazing!) Excellent value for money. Well done, keep it up!

Restaurant Les Terrasses d'Illkirch

19/03/2026: Four dinners at this restaurant… four evenings brimming with flavor, featuring perfect pairings and beautiful presentation. I was very pleasantly surprised and delighted not to have to leave the hotel for a good meal during a busy work week! The servers, Eva and Jérémy, are fantastic: discreet, smiling, and attentive. Everything was perfect! Bravo! 👍
13/02/2026: The waiter is absolutely lovely and the food is very original and delicious.
