Excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed it! I've never eaten such good sauerkraut!

As regulars at the restaurant's themed meals, we were always very satisfied, except for the last Damfnudle evening on Thursday, April 9th. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited a very long time for the side dishes and never received the extra salad or water card. The waitress seemed rather indifferent to our requests. It's a shame because we really enjoy eating there!

A great place to meet up every day, with a warm welcome and excellent service – perfect for a pleasant experience. The food is very satisfying.

We had a family lunch at this restaurant. The hanger steaks and vol-au-vents were excellent, and the presentation of the Bibeleskase was a bit surprising. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for dessert. The service was a little slow. Half an hour passed between our arrival and the first course. But we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

A shame: On our third visit, including a room and dinner, compared to our first two visits (late 2025 and January 2026), we noticed a decline in the quality of the food. The Simmental à la Schneky was extremely rare, practically undercooked, with a bloody sauce. Sipping and enjoying the garlic broth was out of the question. (We were even disappointed by the famous homemade fries, which used to be better.) There's clearly been a change in kitchen staff (the previous chef was no longer there). - The tarte flambée (Alsatian flatbread) is overpowering; you really have to be a nutmeg lover to find the true flavor of cheese, bacon, and onions that characterizes a traditional tarte flambée. It's a shame that the menu shows cordon bleu and chicken escalope at the same price as good veal (cordon bleu and escalope with veal: you can easily find them for between €22.00 and €25.50 in restaurants). The rooms were fine, very simple and clean. They really need to look into upgrading the kitchen. Despite this, we'll come back in the coming months... Thanks in advance B&B

We came for the tarte flambée, which was good and very generously topped, and the waitress was very friendly. Next time we'll try one of the dishes that look just as good.
