A superb experience at this restaurant. The service team was very professional and attentive to each table. During a conversation, I learned that the chef was working alone in the kitchen (Easter lunch), but this was not at all apparent. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. Congratulations to the chef! And a big bravo to the entire team.

What a discovery! Superb atmosphere, delicious and original dishes (the dessert of the day will be remembered for a long time, as will the tapenade!), and friendly and warm service (thank you Lisa!) in a beautiful setting. We will be back!

It's a shame we can't give it 6/5. A remarkable establishment. Everything is there: a warm welcome, excellent, generous, and refined cuisine, meticulous presentation, and friendly, professional staff. Unbeatable value for money. Go without hesitation.

21/03/2026: We came twice in a row because we loved the experience so much! The service was impeccable, with a very professional and extremely friendly waiter. We had a truly wonderful meal: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, not to mention the perfectly executed aperitif. The menu is excellent; there's absolutely nothing to criticize. The owners, a charming couple, bring a real warmth to the establishment. We even went back the next day, proof that we were won over! And this time, the dry-aged ribeye steak was simply exceptional, with outstanding value for money. An address we wholeheartedly recommend!

11/01/2026: We can not fault le Castelleras, the food was incredible the service impeccable. Location is beautiful even on a wet winter night it’s magnificent. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, even very patient with my bellow par French. I whole heartedly recommend that you visit. You won’t regret it. We didn’t stay over but I have no doubt that it is very agréable!
03/01/2026: An exceptional location, a breathtaking view of the village of Fayence – that's already an excellent start. Friendly service, but above all, an exceptional menu featuring exquisite dishes presented with precision, cooked to perfection, classic and flavorful cuisine. For a New Year's Day lunch, diners will find, among other things, oysters, caviar, sole, black truffle, venison, flavorful sauces, and sophisticated wine pairings. Add to that an unbeatable price for the occasion, and I can only sing its praises and recommend this establishment to gourmets; everyone else is welcome. Thank you, Hermance and Quentin Joplet!
