La Farigoulette sur Fayence

A lovely establishment where the chef's cuisine is generous and delicious, and the waitstaff is very pleasant and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant. Bravo to the entire team at La Farigoulette!

A very nice restaurant with a great menu featuring a selection of red meats, from Charolais to Black Pearl. Set menu, 2 or 3 courses. The cocktails are perfect.

Delicious food! The pickled salmon was excellent! And a piece of beef to die for! Not cheap, but so worth it!

We stumbled upon this place and had a wonderful time on the restaurant's terrace. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We'll definitely be back in the off-season to enjoy the cozy interior and try the dry-aged meats.

A surprise in every sense of the word ☺️… While visiting friends for the weekend, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves dining at this restaurant… and what a restaurant it was! Time stood still during this delightful culinary experience. The ingredients were fresh and of impeccable quality, and the welcome was incredibly warm. We left completely won over. Excellent food, small menu but quality products, charming place!

We had a wonderful evening! Everything was delicious from start to finish. The staff was very attentive and caring. The setting is lovely. We especially appreciated the little extras. Thank you for a lovely time.

After the exertion, the reward! In this sweltering heat, we decided to head up to higher ground to soak up some of the invigorating coolness. We set our sights on Fayence and the magnificent view the town offers to those who venture there! For lunch, we stopped at the restaurant La Farigoulette. Ideally located at the foot of the castle, its rustic-chic ambiance, combined with a simple menu—a hallmark of true chef-quality cuisine—did the rest. Comfortably seated at a sturdy table in ultra-comfortable armchairs, we chose the daily special: tuna tartare with marinated avocado, accompanied by our choice of mashed potatoes or ratatouille with a southern flair. But first, while waiting for our main courses, we were offered verrines of creamy mushroom soup with a truffle mousse as an amuse-bouche. The truffle and mushrooms, combined as they were, released a sweet and enticing aroma as soon as they were placed on the table. But in the mouth, it was a veritable explosion of flavors! The set menu was of the same caliber: refined, generous, and flawless, from the seasonings to the presentation. As you might have guessed, if you're ever in Fayence, this is a wonderful place I highly recommend. Special mention to the owner, Amélie, for her smile and warm welcome. A delightful discovery, in a setting that alone is worth the trip!
