We had a wonderful time at La Farigoulette. Dinner was absolutely delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert, with dishes that were as beautiful as they were tasty. The service was simple and friendly. I highly recommend it!

A superb discovery! We were captivated from beginning to end. The dishes are magnificent, both visually and in terms of taste. Each dish is prepared with care, the ingredients are high-quality, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. Special mention goes to the meat, cooked to perfection, and the dessert, which was both light and indulgent. The service is friendly, attentive, and very professional, in a pleasant setting. An excellent restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!

Excellent welcome, delicious food. The children's menu offers ice cream or a surprise dessert. My 9-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the spaghetti bolognese and a brownie/ice cream, the surprise dessert of the day. The €20 lunch menu was also excellent. The pavlova was a delight! The decor and tableware were tasteful, and the dining room was air-conditioned. Charming!

We stumbled upon this superb restaurant quite by chance on our way to Fayence. The dishes were simply delicious! The service was excellent and very attentive to our needs. What's more, they have an exceptional meat menu! We will definitely return on our next visit to this picturesque village in the south!

Bravo au chef! Delicious food. Visually beautiful. Portions were perfect. Menu offered different options of courses. Ingredients from the region. Waiter was so kind and patient with our group. French and English spoken. We closed the place!

09/08/2026: A fantastic find! The welcome was truly exceptional: warm, friendly, and attentive, we immediately felt at ease. The food was excellent, with flavorful and generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Special mention also goes to the lovely shaded terrace, especially pleasant during the summer months. We will definitely be back! 🐶🐶🐶
07/08/2026: We were on holiday in Montauroux and came to Fayence for the night market. What a pleasant surprise to find we were going to eat well and enjoy ourselves with the lively music on the restaurant terrace, in addition to the music in the square below. The value for money is unbeatable, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. A big thank you :)

15/06/2026: We went to a musical evening. It was wonderful. The food and service were first class. We really enjoyed the music. Castellaras is a very special restaurant in a lovely location overlooking Fayence and the valley.
