A fantastic find! The welcome was truly exceptional: warm, friendly, and attentive, we immediately felt at ease.
The food was excellent, with flavorful and generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish.
Special mention also goes to the lovely shaded terrace, especially pleasant during the summer months.

We were on holiday in Montauroux and came to Fayence for the night market. What a pleasant surprise to find we were going to eat well and enjoy ourselves with the lively music on the restaurant terrace, in addition to the music in the square below. The value for money is unbeatable, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. A big thank you :)

We went for dinner as a family (a group of nine).
We received a very warm welcome.
The staff were very friendly, smiling, and available to answer our questions. They knew their menu well!
The dishes were simply delicious, made with quality ingredients.
Many things were homemade.
If our vacation weren't over, we would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time at the Auberge du Château in Fayence. The food was absolutely delicious! A huge thank you to the entire team for their exceptional welcome and service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. As for the food, it was simply superb: delicious dishes, prepared with care and bursting with flavor – the beef cheek was exceptional! A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

I came on a Thursday at lunchtime; it was very quiet and the servers were pleasant. The food was very good, especially the revisited lemon tart, which was a superb way to end the meal. I recommend it 😁
