An inn in the heart of the medieval town of Pérouges... you might expect a dreary, gray restaurant. But no, a wonderfully warm welcome, very friendly service, and delicious, unique dishes.
Don't hesitate to order the frogs' legs; they are very flavorful and easy to digest.
The homemade foie gras was also excellent. Restaurant approved!

Excellent place, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We chose the frog legs with new potatoes and dessert. The servers were very friendly too, we had a lovely time.

On Saturday, September 12th, while visiting Pérouges with my friend, we had lunch at the Auberge du Coq 🐓 and were absolutely delighted! The frog legs were 👍👍👍👍 super delicious; the desserts were 👍👍👍👍; and the staff were 👍👍👍👍 cheerful, friendly, and efficient 😉
