A pleasant surprise! This unassuming restaurant has a superb terrace inside, exquisite dishes, divine hash browns, succulent meats, and magnificent desserts (for the price). The chef clearly knows his craft, the waitress and apprentice are incredibly welcoming, and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommended, because in a touristy village like Pérouges, you wouldn't expect such reasonable prices and exceptional quality.

We had a lovely lunch on the terrace this sunny Sunday in September. The place is very pleasant, the meals were served quickly, and the waiters were well-organized and friendly. The dishes were delicious and very generous.

Located at the entrance to the old town's alleyways, the semi-outdoor seating is cool and comfortable, with little scenery (but some greenery). Lunch options are limited; the €26.80 set menu is recommended—authentic flavors, but a bit pricey, considering it's a tourist spot…

Passing through Perouges, we stopped at this charming restaurant, having made a reservation just to be safe. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at ease, despite some language barriers. The cuisine was exquisite and the portions generous. We highly recommend it.
