19/05/2026: We only had lunch, not a stay, so I can only review the restaurant.
The atmosphere is charming, everything has remained faithful to the era, and they still use some pewter tableware.
The service is excellent and welcoming, and the dishes are traditional and carefully prepared. I recommend it.

Spotless. The service is buffet-style, but the waitress is charming and very attentive to our comfort and needs. One small drawback: frozen fries, whereas homemade fries would have been a great addition, especially with the wood-fired grilled meat. A great find nonetheless.

27/07/2026: The bread was stale, the meat tough and fatty, of very poor quality, and the rancid cake had clearly been spoiled in the fridge for a long time. For a newly opened establishment, I don't understand.
