Excellent stay from A to Z.... magnificent decor with very professional and friendly staff, restaurant, spa all at the top.

Beautiful hotel. Classic in its looks, but with an incredible staff, service, location and very charming. Everything was exceptionally clean. The Spa is small but neat and convenient, with separate sauna areas for men and women. The whirlpool is fun, and there is a bar area where you can get your tea while you relax there. The rooms are big, spacious, well-dressed, convenient, clean and warm. The shower / bath tube is separate from the toilette itself. Very French. And very convenient. Specially when sharing the room with your partner. The decoration is classic, but matches the entire ambiance. The restaurants are both great. The dinner-only one, while expensive and creative, is nice. I found the culinary offer to be a bit unusual for my taste. Perhaps a bit too fashioned or complicated. But tasty and great in any case. The wines and champagnes were exceptional, as you can expect from La France. The day restaurant was simpler, but still elegant and everything was very well prepared. The breakfast was very complete, and they offer off-the-carte niceties as the Egg Muffin. Restaurants are pricey. So be prepared to spend couple hundred Euros or more, depending on how off-the-carte you go. All in all, an exceptional hotel, in an exceptional site, with green landscapes, all surrounded by nature and water, well-maintained forests, with lots of sports possibilities: Car racing, horse racing, hiking, hot air ballon trips, etc. The village of Chantilly is charming, and the beautiful sights will remain among my memories for the time to come. Spring at its best, I can say. Hopefully, we will be able to visit very soon.

I just tried the bar one evening The bartender is super nice and probably makes the best mojito I've ever had (the only thing missing was the beach but you can't have everything) I haven't tried the other cocktails yet, I'll come back

Professional welcome except in the restaurant, which is a shame given the quality. Well appointed and spacious room but noisy on the street (the charm of the cobblestones).

Wonderful… wonderful … wonderful ❤️ The hotel location is just unbeatable. It is on the main road of the town. We got to walk across to get to the castle, the horse museum, and the beautiful garden. All the tourist attractions are within 10 mins walk including the horse stable and the racing arena. It is a relaxing suburb of Paris with many places to visit and slow living. Good food, wines, chocolate, and cheeses abound. The room was very clean and comfortable, the decor is classically designed, and everything you need is provided at the highest quality. The service you’d fine is not Parisian style but the original French hospitality. Yes, most of them speak English and very welcoming. Do try the spa when you are there. The Valmont spa is pretty good. The hotel amenities and facilities make the experience memorable.
