An exceptional stay! We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff were attentive and always available. The service was impeccable, with meticulous attention to detail, and the professionalism of the entire team was evident at every moment. We had an unforgettable time and highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return! Thank you for everything!

I was disappointed by my stay at the Jeu de Paume. A 5-star hotel can't afford to make mistakes, yet this establishment had several errors. There was a computer glitch during the booking process. So, I went to pay on arrival, two days before my stay, and took the opportunity to request the blue room. Upon arrival, we were given the pink room! We waited 10 minutes in the hallway while the hostess corrected the mistake. The kettle in the room was hidden in the cabinet under the TV, and only three tea bags of unknown brand were provided. We would have preferred herbal tea or tea from a reputable brand. There were no soaps to keep, and only one shower cap for two people. Breakfast was delicious, but the hostesses lacked a smile, and the sparkling water wasn't replenished once the bottle was empty. The spa was a lovely place, but the next morning at 7:15, we found the tissues and candy wrappers left behind the day before. In short, the Auberge du Jeu de Paume doesn't deserve 5 stars. The positive points are: the bedding, the sauna which is nice and hot, the breakfast items, and the hotel's location, but that's not enough!

A magnificent hotel, exquisitely decorated, a large and very spacious suite, excellent dining at the restaurant, a delicious breakfast, impeccable service, and a lovely bar with a musical ambiance. Spa and gym. Valet parking with underground parking. All this just steps from the Château de Chantilly.

A magnificent hotel with a very good restaurant (the spa is also quite nice). Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway very close to the castle!

One night spent in this establishment, the room was very comfortable and the staff courteous and very attentive, the place is magnificent, only downside, the Spa, the staff was not at all up to standard, the treatments lacked a lot of professionalism.

Positive points: - The setting is beautiful, with very pretty Christmas decorations at the time of year. - Location very close to the castle. - Pleasant welcome; they make bookings easy. - Lovely room (classic old French style) with a view of the lake and garden. - Nice breakfast, although not up to the standard of other 5-star hotels. Negative points: Several surprising elements for a hotel of this category: - Spa/massage: What a disappointment that the room was so cold throughout the mid-morning massage. It seemed that the air conditioning had been left on (forgotten?) for too long despite the outside temperature being -2°C and the lakes being frozen, and that it took hours for the room to return to a comfortable temperature. In the meantime, it was impossible to enjoy the experience in such conditions, practically shivering despite the thin blankets added. Unacceptable for this price. Both the masseuse and the reception staff were informed of this problem. - The room I initially booked was on the first floor facing the street, which was quite noisy, surprising for an establishment of this standard (one would expect all rooms to be at least quiet), and I had to pay extra to change to something quieter. - The facilities could have been better maintained: the gym (machine out of order), the women's sauna out of order, etc. Overall, a pleasant stay (except for the massage), but quite a few things that didn't meet 5-star standards.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, you're captivated by the elegance and refinement of the décor, true to the historical spirit of Chantilly. What I particularly loved: The Room: Spacious, bright, and decorated with exquisite taste (special mention for the Toile de Jouy headboard and the period furniture that create a regal atmosphere). The bedding is incomparably comfortable. The Spa and Pool: A true haven of peace. The pool under its starry ceiling is magnificent and ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The Dining: The restaurant's setting is sublime with its crystal chandeliers and porcelain display cases. The service is discreet, attentive, and highly professional. The Atmosphere: You can feel the history of the place (a magnificent commemorative plaque in the lobby) while enjoying very modern amenities. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or a moment of absolute relaxation just a stone's throw from the Château de Chantilly.
