Auberge du Pont sur Bessines-Sur-Gartempe

Excellent restaurant, impeccable service, and congratulations to the chef. We'll be back next year.

The restaurant was great, and the rest was too.

We had a great meal here with friends visiting from the UK. I would highly recommend a visit for exceptional food and service.

The welcome from the lovely people was fantastic.

I recommend this restaurant; for a very reasonable price, you'll get good food, never disappointed!!

Great little restaurant, super friendly service. Don't hesitate to go! 👍👍

We received a very warm welcome and had a very good lunch. 😊

A very nice inn for an overnight stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Dinner was a well-executed and generous set menu featuring fresh, local produce on a small menu (a sign of quality). Home-style cooking. The service was impeccable, friendly, and attentive. A perfect place to stay; I highly recommend it.

For €17.50 you can get a starter, main course, cheese, dessert (daily specials), a quarter bottle of wine, and coffee. Home-style cooking, all good. Good value for money. Given the scarcity of restaurants catering to truck drivers in the area, please support this type of establishment. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

The welcome is warm, the food is good in a pleasant setting, and the staff are very professional. The owner is wonderful, and the waitresses are top-notch.
