I admit to being disappointed with our experience one lunchtime in this restaurant. I have serious doubts about the aligot which really tastes like mousseline... We then had a blueberry tart for dessert, which didn't seem homemade either, a shame when it says "master restaurateur".

Restaurant where you eat very well and it's very good. Good products to cook well. Impeccable service, a top waitress. We came to this restaurant twice during our vacation. We can only recommend it.

Delicious meal Piece of beef served with its homemade aligo.. Fast and very friendly service.. I recommend... it's not a tourist trap... Thanks to the whole team.. Ps Aubrac tea is very good

Arrived at Laguiole, 1st restaurant. Charcuterie board to share: -- hearty and good, Aligot sausage --- good aligot and good sausage. Dishes with good produce, very well seasoned, without too much salt. Nice place, nice decor

Top, top and top!!! One of the very best restaurants in Laguiole, to recommend and return without moderation! The team, the setting and the service are perfect! The cuisine is exquisite, hearty as can be, generous like Aubrac with local, high-quality ingredients and products! A high-end restaurant to which we will return without hesitation

Great restaurant, nice decor, perfect service and delicious cuisine with good products. The charcuterie was incredible as well as the fries and the coffee ice cream!!

11/09/2024: Lovely food and friendly staff categorise this restaurant in two halves (informal front and more formal back). I had a 2 course formule meal, and the local version of lasagne was filling and tasty. Local wine by the glass washed down well! An excellent venue on the main street. Worth a visit.
05/08/2024: Lunch in the garden, a joy. Extraordinary knife tartare. Absolutely adorable boss, super smiling and kind. Very professional service. I highly recommend.

18/08/2024: Superb evening shared with friends this weekend. Of the 3 gargouillous that I have had the privilege of tasting in my life, the one on Saturday evening was simply sublime. Bravo to Sebastien Bras who knew how to breathe a breath of fresh air into his dad's cooking. The welcome and service are at the height of the table. Congratulations to the whole team.
