A superb experience in a magnificent setting with breathtaking views. The service is attentive and discreet. Every bite offers incredible, surprising flavors. The dishes are a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We also had the opportunity to see Sébastien Bras and his team in the kitchen, working to ensure we had this exceptional experience.

Having gone every year for over 10 years, I must say this year was simply extraordinary. Chef Sebastien and his entire team achieve perfection!
Special mention also goes to the front-of-house staff, who are very friendly and professional.

Really disappointed by this experience.
It was nothing like Cathie Klein's restaurant back when she was with her brother in Ansbourg.
Clearly disappointed. The service was rushed, the food was nothing special, and nothing to write home about considering the price... I wasn't very impressed with the dishes... I've eaten better with fewer stars at Émotions Plapeville 57, the restaurant in the park in Nancy, and La Toya in Fauquemont 57... Fewer stars are better.
I won't be going back.
