We spent the night at the hotel, where we also had dinner. It was an exceptional experience: everything was perfect. The spacious room offered a magnificent view.
The meal was exquisite, with a special menu featuring less animal protein, a thoughtful touch I particularly appreciated. My husband, meanwhile, had chosen the Aubrac menu.
We even had the opportunity to visit the kitchens during service, right in the heart of the bustling preparations—a fascinating and enriching experience.

A superb, elevated spot where you can enjoy an aperitif. And when you sit down to eat, the view is still magnificent; the immense bay windows make you feel like you're both inside and outside at the same time. Attentive service.
