A friendly and welcoming atmosphere combined with a high level of professionalism. And the food… everything was delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, and it showed. The team was also incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit during our stay. It was flawless! I highly recommend it; everything was perfect.

The welcome was as warm as the food was delicious. The chef makes a point of respecting the quality of the ingredients, and it shows in every dish. Whether it was the aligot, classic or with truffles, or the meats, everything was perfectly executed. The portions were ideal. As for the service, the team was motivated, friendly, and proactive—exactly what you expect from a restaurant! Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

02/05/2026: Excellence and authenticity without any frills! An exceptional culinary experience with impeccable service. A truly magical moment overlooking the Aubrac plateau. Everything was perfect. The icing on the cake was the short tour of the kitchens before lunch and the chance to meet Sébastien Bras himself—a true honor!
