Positive points: the decor of the dining room, the friendliness of the waiter wearing suspenders. Negative points: rushed service, no children's menu or dishes, clearing the children's plates before they had finished them, inappropriate remarks from a waiter ("I don't have four arms" when we politely asked for just water and bread), the rum brioche was soggy and unappetizing. Major negative point: we have serious doubts about the authenticity of the Aligot, especially since we were with people from the region. We are from the French Riviera, and this restaurant is just one of the tourist traps we find back home! I wouldn't recommend it, neither us nor anyone from the region!

Excellent dinner. We had aligot with sausage and veal, both delicious; The desserts were perfectly balanced between generous portions and lightness. The service was exceptional—very responsive, quick, and precise. Thank you to the owner and the servers for the great recommendations for the rest of our trip.

07/08/2026: It was good, but far from Klein's place in Alsace... a bit disappointed considering the price!
03/08/2026: Family meal with children aged 5 and 11. The food, the welcome, the kitchen tour: perfect. We chose the 8-course menu and the 10-course menu for my partner. The flavors were excellent. However, the restaurant is normally non-smoking, yet a woman vaped continuously throughout the entire meal (very discreetly). Midway through, I informed the waiter and asked him to confirm the smoking ban. Despite this, and out of respect for the other customers and my children, no comment was made to him. I was truly outraged by this disrespectful behavior and the lack of any reminder of the smoking ban.

26/07/2026: The perfect spot for lunch on the terrace, next to the fountain and fun play equipment for children who can play safely. Armelle and her team of women gave us a wonderful, warm, and friendly welcome – a truly delightful experience. The food was delicious and plentiful, a real treat for both our twins and us parents. The local Lozère produce is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Go to Armelle's without hesitation and enjoy!
22/07/2026: We ate some very good, generously topped pizzas. I never would have imagined eating such excellent ones in the Aubrac region. Being from the south of France, we really appreciated it. Everything was perfect. Thank you all...
