Superb place; magnificent decor; super friendly waiter; excellent quality of food; The only slight drawback, even though it's mentioned by the waiter from the start, is that they don't accept credit cards; perhaps the few customers who leave because of this would cover the associated costs. We were greeted quickly by a waiter who announced: "No credit card payments!" We asked for a menu for aperitifs and a wine list, but he brought us a tiny drinks menu without a wine list. We asked again, and that's when the waiter's charade began: "I am the menu, you ask me and I'll tell you." This unpleasant man even turned his back on us and proceeded to list a series of bottles with prices, concluding with, "Choose." Thankfully, the chef came to our table to offer us the menu with a guarantee of quality, which was indeed the case. We ultimately opted for the wines by the carafe. With such high-quality menus (excellent meat and sides), your restaurant deserves a proper wine list and respectful staff.

The restaurant was recently taken over. We had a very pleasant evening. The menu is limited, which is understandable given the use of local and homemade products. The dessert was as good as the main course (which is rare). Personalized tourist advice was provided during the service. We'll definitely keep this address in mind for our next visit.

We had a lovely time at the Auberge du Taureau in Laguiole. The restaurant is pleasant, and we enjoyed our meal: the dishes were good, and we were satisfied with the food. However, we left with a major disappointment regarding the owner's behavior towards his employees. My partner and I have also worked seasonal jobs, so we know perfectly well that working during peak season, and especially in August with the fatigue and the approaching end of the season, isn't always easy for the staff. That's precisely why we were extremely shocked to hear the owner belittling his employees in front of customers, with remarks like "wimps" or telling them to "get a move on." We understand that there can be stress and pressure at this time of year, but in our opinion, that doesn't justify speaking to employees like that, especially in front of customers. It's a shame because the meal was good, but this attitude unfortunately severely marred our experience.

By chance, while passing through Laguiole during our vacation, we were looking for a restaurant that accepted holiday vouchers, and the decor and menu caught our eye. We weren't disappointed at all; on the contrary, it was a beautiful place with lovely decor. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The dishes were good, but for the price, I would have liked a slightly larger piece of meat. Otherwise, it was very good, as were the homemade desserts. Thank you!
