Our first dinner since the takeover by a young couple! And what a gem has just opened in Vierzon!! We were completely won over by the quality of this duo's work. The chef captivated us with her exceptional cuisine. Everything is perfect: the quality of the ingredients, the flavors, the colors, the temperatures... The salmon bavarois is delicious and incredibly fresh, and the shrimp skewers with the vegetable wok (crisp as we like it and subtly cooked with the perfect seasoning) are absolutely divine 😋 The Baked Alaska for dessert was unlike anything we've ever tasted! In short, a short but more than enough menu to satisfy all tastes (it's all homemade), a welcome and service that's hard to find these days, and all at a very reasonable price. Congratulations on your hard work, dedication, and the sheer pleasure you bring us. See you soon!

We went to this inn today for my birthday. The welcome was very warm and the food was extremely good, made with excellent quality ingredients. What's more, the owner, having learned of my birthday, gave me a lovely gift. I highly recommend this inn.

We've been there three times since the new owners took over, and frankly, what a great restaurant! Young people with so much talent already. Take the time to meet them and chat. Their youth is their greatest asset. They bring a breath of fresh air to traditional cuisine. They are passionate and determined. We tasted one of their homemade birthday cakes... Finally! A real light and airy sponge cake. Only true pastry chefs will understand me, because these days, in this era of mass-produced food, all we get are heavy, sugar-laden slabs. Bravo for your courage, and don't let yourselves be discouraged by people who think they know everything because they watch Top Chef on TV!

The quality of service has been lacking since the reopening. We had a reservation for 12:30 and left at 15:40; the service was slow, with many people coming and going empty-handed, a real waste of time. Fortunately, the food was decent.

Discovered today. A menu where you can find something you love, excellent ice cream. The atmosphere in the dining room is unique. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The value for money is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and you can really taste the care that goes into each dish. The plates are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The welcome was very pleasant and warm, and the countryside setting creates a truly lovely and relaxing atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
