The decor is buffalo-themed, so nothing exceptional. The signage is poor. The service was a bit slow, but I think that's due to a lack of staff. I didn't get any bread... the baked apple was mealy and clearly an old potato... as always, the cup of tea was half empty; three-quarters would be better—it's tea, not espresso. The dining room was noisy, but that's not the restaurant's fault, it's the customers'...

The grill spirit is definitely present with this North American touch;
the bison steak is always perfectly cooked.
My son and I enjoy coming here regularly; the waiters and waitresses are friendly and helpful.
The fries are unlimited and high quality.
