We had a wonderful time. We were pampered with our 18-month-old. A true haven of peace! Try it at the same time as the restaurant.

A beautiful, peaceful, and pleasant estate where you can get around freely in an electric buggy after leaving your car at the entrance. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always available. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-equipped, with excellent bedding and, in our case, a very nice view. An excellent experience at the Lore Ttipia restaurant, both for the quality of the food and the service. The dining room is also very pleasant and inviting. The wellness area is a plus (heated pool, sauna, hammam, gym), although the spa could use a little updating. The only real disappointment was breakfast. The selection was rather limited, especially the savory options, with few regional products and homemade items. This contrasted sharply with the excellent dinner the previous evening, and was a bit of a shame for an establishment of this caliber. Overall, a very good stay, with a few areas for improvement.

An extraordinary restaurant that richly deserves its Michelin star, perhaps even a second. At Lore Ttipia, Chef John Argaud offers Basque cuisine of breathtaking precision and creativity, enhanced by his mastery of charcoal grilling. From the appetizers to the pastry chef's desserts, each dish is a superb gustatory experience. The setting is equally magnificent: dining on the terrace overlooking the vast hills of Bidarray is a truly magical moment. The service is attentive, friendly, and offers excellent advice on wine pairings. A unique address not to be missed if you are visiting the inland Basque Country.

You must go to understand the place. The service, the rooms, the environment, the calm, the activities on site. Everything is thought to resource yourself. I’ll definitely come back!

perfect location, beautiful room

A stunning estate nestled in nature, the setting is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. We booked one night for a mother/daughter weekend, and our only regret is not staying longer! Everyone on staff is absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, our favorite part of the stay. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, and comfortable; we also thoroughly enjoyed getting around the estate in a golf cart—it was unexpected, fun, and very convenient! Everything was perfect! Thank you to all the staff; we will definitely be back.
