Overall, we had a nice and relaxing getaway with our small children and would happily go back for the restaurant; however, we wont be staying here again. The staff were kind and professional and the food was excellent, and the surroundings were beautiful. But, there are a few things that need major improvement: - upon arrival to our room, we were asked if it’s okay that the AC did not work… but at almost €500/night, this should not even be a question. The upgrade was nice but… - be aware that a supplemental bed is €100 PER DAY and a crib is €50 PER DAY. A total of €750 for our 5 night stay. Our fault as we should have asked beforehand but having stayed at many upscale hotels, never did we expect to pay this much for extras. This left a rather sour taste to the end of our vacation. - upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant was completely booked and our option was only room service. There’s no other place in the hotel that serves food. For a family staying multiple nights with small children in a remote area, this was a major surprise and had us scrambling to figure things out. In the end, we were able to get 2 reservations but that was it. - golf carts could be cleaner - we only had throw pillows and ONE proper pillow for the soft bed. If you’re used to firmer beds with pillows, try elsewhere. - The pool was great however they closed down the pool bar starting mid-August… - Coffee could be better - What we really enjoyed the most was the food from the restaurant and room service. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Hopefully things improve for hotel guests but until then, we can only recommend the restaurant and would go back to Lore Ttipia in a heartbeat.

An exceptional view! Beautiful room, excellent food, and a friendly, attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed our stay and the bistronomic and gastronomic cuisine. A highly recommended address.

An exceptional culinary experience at the gourmet restaurant. Two stars would be well deserved. An authentic 17th-century Basque farmhouse. I highly recommend it.

We came one evening to discover the gourmet restaurant. What an unforgettable experience! Between the magical setting surrounded by nature, the exquisite and refined cuisine featuring local products, the warm, professional, and perfectly timed service, and the consistently excellent wines, everything was perfect. Bravo to the entire team, we highly recommend it!

We only know the Michelin-starred restaurant. It's excellent. A place to disconnect, with a magnificent view and a very professional team. A team that makes you feel special. Thank you to the whole team.

Simply exceptional. A magical, timeless place. The immersion in the wonderful nature of the Basque Country is total. All the staff are lovely and so attentive. We will definitely be back for the third time!
