For traditional cuisine, there is nothing to say that matches what we expect. Very good. And the icing on the “cake” is that you enter the room and... you are at home. The "boss" is extraordinary in her kindness and thoughtfulness, familiarity is required and there are discussions between tables and the boss leads the debates while taking care of the service. Dear butcher's cut when you ask for it rare but it comes gray. Lots of salads and pdt nonetheless.
