Originally from Alsace but expatriated in Switzerland for several years, I needed to recharge my batteries in Alsace. Well, no problem, stop at this magnificent inn which welcomes you as if you were at home, without pressure, well at least in the glass. Thomas and Hélène are magnificent hosts who welcome you warmly and offer you a traditional restaurant where you can taste excellent traditional dishes like their tartes flambées which are naturally a must. But that's not all, I and my little family slept there in their gîte which offers all the comfort and cleanliness and above all unparalleled calm. Also take the opportunity to buy them the honey that Thomas produces with his own hands which is excellent. We really had a nice time with them. An address that I highly recommend, you can go there whether to eat or sleep or both, with your eyes closed.

Superb discovery after the Molsheim races. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is typical of a traditional Alsatian restaurant. We had tartes flambées, they were excellent, my greedy wife enjoyed her pistachio ice cream. We will come back without hesitation.

It's always a real pleasure to spend time at your place. Everything is perfect: the dishes and tartes flambées are great, the place is truly charming, the atmosphere and the welcome are warm and authentic.

Pour une soirée entre amis ce lieu est idéal dans un cadre typique. Accueil chaleureux en toute simplicité qui nous fait apprécier la convivialité alsacienne. Le menu convient aussi bien aux enfants qu'aux adultes. Tout est fait sur place et de qualité. J'ai retournerai dès que possible...

We were at the Auberge Winschnutzer with 40 vintage car friends on Friday evening after making a reservation and pre-selecting our menu and we felt very comfortable. The family atmosphere, friendly service and typical Alsatian specialties such as Baeckeoffe, Choucrout or Coq au Riesling made the evening a very fun and enjoyable event. A thank you to Thomas and Helene and especially to the senior patron, who contributed to the success with his wit and charm.

Family inn with very good Alsatian specialties, pleasant and friendly service with the dad who sets the mood and all in a good conviviality which these days is rare.... We went there in April 2024, we were a group of 32 guests, 30 of whom were satisfied….. and 2 people disappointed!!!!! guess the mistake!!!!!! To recommend without problem
