A very good restaurant where you can eat good local dishes with a nice wood fire in the center of the room...very pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and the dining room was warm and inviting. The food, while home-style, was really good; as a party of six, our choices allowed us to try several dishes, all of which were excellent.

The perfect spot after a walk around Lake Chambon. This place is warm and welcoming, and what can I say about the food...it's generous and excellent. Best onion soup in the world!! It feels like eating with family. A wonderful time, thank you!!

The first time I ate at Les 500 Diables was an extraordinary experience. Since then, I've been back twice, including last night for New Year's Eve, and I was completely disappointed. Not even a peanut with the aperitif. Even without planning any celebrations, they could have at least offered a festive menu. The dishes are good, the flavor is there, but the portions are meager.
I don't know if it's the chef or the owner, but I've been disappointed twice.
On the other hand, the waiter was excellent.
The decor is great, with a fireplace ambiance, but something's missing. So, so-so.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. The restaurant was charming and unique, and the meal was excellent – a special mention for the pizza chef!
And what can I say about the accommodation? The ecolodge is exceptionally beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable, with a magical view. It's ideally located in a magnificent valley, and we were even lucky enough to spot some chamois.

Absolutely delicious!! They were all so lovely, the waiter was truly amazing, super friendly, always smiling and fantastic!!! The kitchen staff were just as lovely and the person I spoke to on the phone to make the last-minute reservation was so kind!!!! We'll definitely be back 😍

We ate there on the evening of the 24th. The setting is magnificent with its large fireplace in the middle of the room, and the food is very good! The staff is very friendly. 🙂 The pizzas are superb, and the desserts are good too—special mention for the cotton candy ice cream (not artificial!). I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this mountain restaurant.
The setting and welcome are warm, and the dishes are undoubtedly prepared with passion.
