Excellent mountain hut. I recommend you try their truffade (a potato and cheese dish) but even more so their French toast. You'll also have a stunning view to feast your eyes on.

We had the truffade set menu with the dessert of the day. Everything was delicious and plentiful, the service was quick, and the waiters were pleasant. Dogs are welcome. Highly recommended.

08/07/2026: A great atmosphere in a warm and welcoming setting to enjoy quality, local cuisine. The waitresses are incredibly attentive, ensuring you never run out of water, bread, or anything else. With fast service to boot, this restaurant is a fantastic place to stop after a hike or even to try at any other time!
05/07/2026: We had a wonderful time! The portions were generous and the atmosphere was very welcoming ⛰️ On top of that, the setting is magnificent, in the heart of the Sancy mountains and the Chaudefour valley 🏞️
