We have been visiting the restaurant for years and are always impressed. This time we had frog legs as a starter – simply brilliant! The pepper steak was perfect as always and the service was top notch. Kudos to the chef and Yves, the boss. We'd love to come back again and again!

We went to eat at this restaurant. The dishes were quite good without being exceptional and the service was clearly not up to par. Impossible to answer questions asked about different dishes on the menu. Damage...

Disappointing, restaurant to be redecorated, old, a little sad, service ok but nothing more, meal price OK but average. I supposedly had beef fillet which was obviously not beef.

Dear Yves, thank you very much to you and your great team for a wonderful weekend. We haven't eaten so well in a long time. The pike perch in butter with steamed potatoes, a poem. The steak with Bernaise sauce was buttery tender. But not only is the food fantastic, the service is attentive, super friendly, we really felt welcome. We'd love to come back.

This week we dined at their superb restaurant, although we did not stay over so cannot rate rooms. Yves made us very welcome and the generous-sized Matelote deserves a mention here. Not the usual three, but four variety of fish for this very Alsatian dish. Not everyone serves this superb fish stew but it's a cultural icon. Even Michelin starred restaurants fail to offer this hearty and wonderful dish, cooked in Riesling wine and cream.

It's always a pleasure to come and eat at this restaurant. The food is still good and the service is very pleasant. It feels like home.

Restaurant TOP!! I haven't eaten such good fish in a really long time!!! Very nicely furnished, the service speaks German and English and is also very friendly. It also gives a very familiar impression, which is why people like to give a good tip. I will never forget the deliciousness of that short evening there and will definitely come back when I'm in the area again. A MUST especially for every fish lover!!! My friend's meat and croquettes were also very good. Especially the croquettes were very fresh!!
