This morning, August 12th, I bought a ribeye steak at Yvette's butcher shop. I like my meat rare, but this one was so good I didn't even cook it—it was wonderful, the taste was as good as it looked. All served with a smile, and they even offered vacuum sealing. Magnificent!

A very nice shop with a varied selection (products change very regularly). We were lucky enough to be able to taste some products, including the ravioli with daube, which were excellent.

It's a real pleasure to stop at Yvette's, both for her warm welcome and her products. Her pâtés, whether the cep one or the Vesubien one, are addictive. I've never been disappointed by the meat either.
