The restaurant in Saint-Martin-Vésubie is a must-visit! We come several times a year to this lovely place. The owners are super cool and very efficient, the food is delicious, and the service is very professional yet relaxed. We absolutely recommend this place.

A young, dynamic couple runs a restaurant and welcomed us. A €33 set menu, three daily specials, and above all, a deliberately limited selection of dishes—no frozen food in sight...all the better. Starter, main course, and dessert, everything was delightful. The dishes were generous and delicious. Highly recommended to friends.

Really loved this homey restaurant run by a local couple. The food was delicious and the service was kind and warm. Definitely recommend stopping by! We had beers, two appetizers and two entrees for EUR 100.

We thoroughly enjoyed the paninis, trout, pasta, and wonderful desserts. What's more, the owner is friendly and funny. The prices are reasonable considering the quality. Many products are homemade or locally sourced. The cured ham comes from the village butcher, as does the beer. I highly recommend it.

An incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere!
A superb discovery in Saint-Martin-Vésubie.
A truly passionate couple! The food was excellent, generous, and beautifully prepared. But also, a rare and genuinely warm atmosphere. The owners are lovely, very welcoming, and passionate. I had a wonderful evening chatting with them in an exceptionally friendly setting. You almost feel at home. A truly beautiful memory of my stay in the valley.
