I'd already tried this chain in Lille, but never for their individual, wonderful little shops. The concept is good; we've tried several locations. The shop is lovely, and the service is smooth. A great place to go. The waffle test was quite successful.

Be sure to try the chocolate trio. Absolutely delicious. Excellent value for money, not a tourist rip-off. This is where the locals shop.
