A magnificent gastronomic experience! A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team for this delightful moment. I particularly appreciated the fact that the restaurant offers a truly vegetarian menu, as refined, creative, and delicious as the rest of the offerings. It's still all too rare in Michelin-starred restaurants to be able to enjoy such a complete gastronomic experience when you're vegetarian. And the setting is simply incredible: a truly original and perfectly designed space, with a superb view that makes the experience even more exceptional. In short, an address I highly recommend, both to vegetarians and to all lovers of fine dining. A wonderful discovery!

This is our second visit. It's always a pleasure to return. The dishes were beautifully presented and very tasty. The view of the valley from the terrace was magnificent. The service was impeccable.

A very warm welcome and the fish was cooked to perfection. The desserts were equally excellent, as was the wine list, which included a subtle Auxey-Duresses white wine that is so rarely found. Thank you to the whole team.

A flawless run at this establishment which, with remarkable consistency, has risen to become one of the best restaurants in Brittany! And as a bonus on August 13th, we were treated to a magnificent sunset from the terrace, which we were able to admire from the terrace.

If you're going for the food, no problem. The chef is inventive and knows exactly how to choose his ingredients. The cuisine is delicious and deserves its star. However, the service is a problem, unworthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service is unprofessional (forget about proper presentation of the dishes! They didn't clear away unnecessary cutlery, didn't explain the grape varieties of the wines chosen, and didn't even offer a small "birthday" gesture with the dessert, despite it being repeated three times during the meal, etc.). In short, it's a shame that the chef's efforts, taking the time to greet each guest at the end of the meal, are so badly marred by the atmosphere. If you have a choice, avoid it in terms of value for money. S

Excellent cuisine! Bravo to the chef! The only downside was the service: a lack of attention, an oversight in the presentation of the dishes, and a failure to understand what the customers wanted... a shame... it's so difficult to achieve excellence, marred by a lack of professionalism in terms of listening and communicating with the customers.

While passing through Saint-Brieuc, we discovered this lovely restaurant. Since my wife doesn't like lobster, we opted for the seafood and vegetable menu: everything was perfectly executed. I chose the wine pairing and had the opportunity to discover some truly wonderful, surprising, and well-chosen wines. A warm and professional team at a restaurant that has been in Saint-Brieuc for almost 25 years—and it shows. Frankly, we had a wonderful time enjoying cuisine that beautifully showcases the region. Thank you!
