We particularly enjoyed all the local dishes. The welcome was also very warm and hospitable. The evening was a real celebration in an exceptional setting that we wholeheartedly recommend.

If you're going for the food, no problem, the chef is inventive and knows exactly how to choose his ingredients. The cuisine is delicious and deserves its star. However, the service is problematic, unworthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Unprofessional service (forget about proper presentation of the dishes! No clearing of unnecessary cutlery, no explanation of the grape varieties in the chosen wines, no mention of the small "birthday" touch on the dessert, even though it was repeated three times during the meal, etc.). In short, it's a shame that the chef's efforts to greet each guest at the end of the meal are so badly marred by the atmosphere. If you have a choice, avoid this place for the price. I would add, in response to the owners, that my wife's birthday was planned and indicated when we made the reservation. My son even tried to send us a bottle by mail (which he does every year), but this restaurant proved completely impossible. I understand that the chef wants to protect the staff, but it's important to consider the experience of a customer accustomed to Michelin-starred restaurants. S
