Aux P'tits Anges sur Cannes

In a town stuffed full over overpriced, touristy restaurants Le Bistro Marceau is a breath of fresh air. Great local fresh food, beautifully prepared, reasonably priced and served by a lovely family. If you're in Cannes then you absolutely must go here. We've only had lunch here a couple of tumes but they have live jazz in the evenings too. Oh, and the best dog in France as well. What more do you want?

I loved the simplicity, the relaxed atmosphere, and especially the girls were very attentive; I'll miss it. It's a shame I couldn't stay longer.

We were walking around Cannes looking for somewhere to eat and are so glad we happened to stumble across this amazing restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere, the hostess, the food and the overall vibe were all fantastic. The quality of the food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the wine too. There was a lovely variety of dishes available on the menu, and everything we ordered was delicious. Even the kids, who can usually be quite fussy, really enjoyed their meals — and, of course, their ice cream afterwards! It was one of those wonderful places you discover completely by chance and end up being so pleased you found. We would definitely recommend it and very much hope to come back when we return to Cannes next year.

We had a delicious lunch. A very interesting concept: starter with lunch for €19.00. We chose a tuna carpaccio, nicely seasoned, with delicious fresh ciabatta bread, and Thai-style tuna tartare as main courses. Everything was perfect, accompanied by a salad and fresh, crispy fries. All this with a glass of white wine and the friendly service of the owner. Highly recommended in Cannes!!

We came with friends. The food was excellent (as usual), the chef was really friendly, and the waitresses were very pleasant with the customers.

If you’re looking for a truly French restaurant in Cannes—the kind of place where locals actually eat—this is the place. Expect great flavours, original dishes, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and friendly multilingual service. The menu ranges from classic French cuisine to an excellent international selection, all at very good value. And don’t miss the hamburgers: they’re given a distinctly French twist, with beautifully caramelised flavours that make them something special. A great find in Cannes for anyone looking for delicious food with genuine local character.

We had a very pleasant evening; we ordered an appetizer, main course, and dessert, and everything was delicious. We were initially unsure about the wine, and the waitresses very kindly let us taste several wines to help us choose. The service was a bit slow throughout the evening, although we hadn't really noticed, until at a certain point during the dinner they offered us a glass to apologize for the wait: a gesture that surprised us and was greatly appreciated. The owner was very good and friendly, and it was also a pleasure to chat with him.

The food is superb - team of Valery et Fanny makes this modern Acqutanian restaurant a little hidden gem just off Rue d'Antibes. Best for its famous tartar menues, but all other food is great too!
