The meal was excellent from start to finish, with professional and very attentive service. I highly recommend it.

Good Culinary experience. We went for lunch without a reservation; the restaurant was full, but they still found us a table. The starter for the daily special wasn't to my liking, so they offered me a crudité platter instead, which was a real plus. The portions are generous, the food is good, a treat for the taste buds!

This restaurant is located in the Strasbourg’ suburb of Illkirch but worth a detour for lunch or dinner. Booking your table is recommended, since it is a popular place for locals. The delicious food is served by friendly ‘no nonsense’ staff at a fair price.

A warm welcome, delicious meals, not to mention the homemade red berry nougat – a true delight! The decorations were stunning, a real taste of Christmas. Congratulations to the decorator! 🤩

Had a fantastic dinner here. Came with family and friends and everyone was extremely satisfied with the food and the good service. Firstly, after ordering we got a complimentary amuse-bouche which was Pureed Pea Soup / Potage Saint-Germain. It was delicious and a great start. The Foie gras was classic. A nice appetizer to share, served with bread. Then as a main I tried the Braised Ham Hock / Jambonneau Braisé and it was so delicious and tender. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, melts in your mouth. The only negative was the dessert I tried. We were in a rush at the end of the meal and when we informed the waiter our desserts came out almost instantly. The creme brûlée and creme caramel that people ordered was perfect but I got the chocolate ice cream and sadly it wasn't creamy and it wasn't frozen well because it had ice pieces inside. Other than that everything was fantastic! I highly recommend making a reservation before coming here since it's quite popular and is almost always full.
