Ave Domitius sur Narbonne

We are a couple from Lourdes who came to Narbonne for lunch today, exploring its renowned market halls and market. We've lived in Saint-Cyprien for two years and received a very warm welcome, especially from the young waiter who was incredibly dedicated and motivated. We also work in the restaurant industry and were not disappointed with the service at all. However, the €32 set menu was very small. My husband ordered the duck breast, and you can see for yourself in the photo. It's better to simply order from the menu. As for the starter, the foie gras was excellent, and my wife's goat cheese salad was delicious and generously filled. On the other hand, the sea bream fillet was very thin and not at all substantial. For the price, we were still hungry after leaving, so I don't recommend the set menus. The ratatouille side dish was inedible, tasteless, and dry with no sauce. Despite these issues, we had a very good time. It wasn't a bad experience, as we will return to try other dishes that caught our eye at neighboring restaurants. I had to say that the price is too high for the quantity. I don't know why the photo isn't showing up; I'll see how I can post it. Thanks to the whole team.

Went last night, order two salads which were well presented and full of flavour. Serving staff very attentive and friendly.

Superb welcome from the team, the dishes are very good and fresh, all in a magnificent setting at the foot of the cathedral, highly recommended.

Really enjoyable, top-notch staff, friendly and attentive, excellent food, great value for money. A place we were delighted to discover; it's nice not to be treated like a tourist.

It was dinnertime and they were packed, but they still gave us a table even though we didn't have a reservation. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The pizza crust was amazing. The portions are very generous and we had half left over; luckily they packed it up for us to take away.

Excellent service! Very accommodating and friendly! Lovely with children. The pizzas are delicious, the crust is thin! I highly recommend it!

A very pleasant surprise! The pizzas and brunches were excellent. Great value for money. And the service was quick too. Nothing to complain about except that it was fantastic.
