Babylon sur Brioude

19/03/2026: For fine dining, there are plenty of other options. Here, you get authentic local fare, carefully prepared dishes, and a genuine desire to welcome you. And the atmosphere is such a refreshing change from your average bistro! If I lived in Brioude, this would be my go-to spot. 08/03/2026: We stopped by for a quick coffee break. The owner was very kind; even though he was about to close, he still made us an excellent coffee!
