McDonald's sur Brioude

We arrived at 9:30 pm on a Sunday and were told that it was no longer possible to eat in... never mind... but the state of cleanliness of the restaurant... a disaster!!! The space under the tables was full of food (thanks to the filthy customers), the bins were overflowing inside and out, the floor was sticky, and then the toilets... paper everywhere and the state of the toilet bowls (underneath them too)!!! I understand that the customers are rarely filthy, but the cleaning is clearly not done properly or often enough. We don't come often, but this definitely doesn't make us want to come back. It's going to hurt when the competition opens up....

Very good, I recommend it. Even though we had an oversight, it was quickly rectified. I recommend it for families.

Quite busy at 1:00 PM on Saturday

We went through the drive-thru this evening and were served by a remarkably polite young man who took our order, and an equally pleasant young woman who handled the payment. It was wonderful to see such friendly and polite young people.

The staff are extremely friendly with children.

It's always a pleasure to come to the McDonald's in Brioude. The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly and smiling, and always ready to help. We've always been served quickly with hot food! I recommend it.

The hamburgers were above average, very good, fresh, and the staff service was very pleasant despite the return from the weekend and the high volume of customers.

I came on Sunday, May 17th, returning from a four-day weekend, so as expected: it was very busy. I just wanted to thank the whole team for their courage during a rush like yesterday's, because it's not easy to manage so many orders, especially with customers who aren't understanding… So I'm sorry for those on the team who got an earful from disrespectful customers because they felt they'd been waiting "too" long for their orders, but they should have known better when they came, seeing how busy it was. It's not the team's fault, but only the people who subconsciously know their order will take a while to arrive but still feel entitled to complain. Good luck to the whole team for the next rushes, stay strong! 😉

The prices are a bit high, but there are high chairs and a changing table, which is great when you have children!
