The two servers I spoke to were very friendly and recommended another restaurant. In the end, I ate at their place and I wasn't disappointed. The Hyppolite bagel is delicious; I highly recommend it. Thanks to both of them; it was ready in just two minutes.

Perfect welcome! I especially loved Matheo and Maelyn, who are incredibly friendly and really made my day. The bagel was excellent and perfectly prepared.

A very good experience at Bagelstei. The bagels are very good and there's a good selection. The products are fresh and generously filled. Special mention for the cookies, which are absolutely delicious.

The Josephine bagel is incredible, with the lemon yogurt sauce it's amazing! As for the staff, the young man who works at the Part-Dieu location is exceptionally kind! I highly recommend it! I'm a regular at places like this (I'm a cookie addict on Instagram with 37k followers), so you can trust my recommendation! 👌🏻

Mailynne took the time to adapt to my needs. Being pregnant, I was really hungry and couldn't eat anything raw or unpasteurized, but she took the time to check the ingredients and warmed up my salmon so it wasn't raw. She was attentive and so kind. Smiling and friendly. I'm so happy. This girl deserves a promotion.
