Very well located, friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices.
The chicken Caesar salad, superb, very hearty and excellent. Didn't have time to take a photo of the plate 😋😋😋

The food was decent (we had the daily menu), the service was super quick and friendly. The toilet was a storage room, there was water but no soap.

Very close to the Hôtel Dieu, bar restaurant, the drinks are reasonably priced, the service is fast, the toilets are perfect, the terrace is pleasant (but close to the street), in short, only positive things!

Ce bistrot des halles est situé face aux hospices de Beaunes, un emplacement exceptionnel dans cette ville pleine de charmes.
Le service y est efficace et courtois.
La nourriture est saine, fraîche et savoureuse.

Very well located, decent service, but I'm still hungry for the quantities! Especially the portion of spinach ricotta ravioli, it's a starter not a main course! So if you're hungry, look elsewhere...

The staff is great but they are not enough....they do their best but the wait is too long even though the restaurant is not full. They even have to refuse people.

BUT
maybe my standards for steak afwul in your opinion, but i find €29 for a promised 350g of steak is decent. it is not however, when there is only 100g of meat. i know some eat the fat with it, and the flesh wouldn’t taste this amazing without it (and it was amazing), but these were enormous laps of fat and to me, genuinely almost disturbing to dissect from my steak.
but if you do not mind, it was absolutely delicious nonetheless.
overall a lovely experience!
