Fantastic experience at Bistro des Halles Baltard! The quiche was excellent, perfectly moist and delicious. The coffee was very good, fragrant, and served just right. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, and attentive. A place I highly recommend; I'll definitely be back! 5 stars.

We only had drinks last night but the service was so good . Luigi went above and beyond although it was a busy night nothing was too much trouble . Brilliant service thank you 🤗

I went there at lunchtime, very warm welcome, the creamy soup starter was very good, the andouillette sausage was amazing, the homemade chocolate mousse was very, very good. On the downside, the fries are terrible; they really need to stop. As I was leaving, I said goodbye to the waiter, and the waitress turned her head away completely, ignoring me, even though she was very welcoming when I arrived.
Otherwise, it's worth a visit.

A great find! The meal was very good and served quickly.
The waiter was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was convivial thanks to the close proximity of the tables.

Honestly, this is the kind of brasserie I wish I had in the Drôme. We had a lovely time as a family. For a Sunday, the quality and price were excellent, and the setting was superb.
They've got it all figured out.
