Excellent table, limited menu of perfectly executed dishes, careful presentation. A very good mastery from starter to dessert, the recipes are spiced up with aromatics in just the right quantity, very tasty, very fresh. A cuisine with an obvious personality, which is a pleasure to taste. The 3-course menu is superb in its quality/price ratio. Very nice wine list, selective and a bit too expensive for some bottles, but we were well advised and the Burgundy was really delicious. The setting is cozy, warm, elegantly decorated. Friendly and impeccable service. A restaurant often recommended, and it is completely deserved.

Balthaz’art is the guarantee of eating well! Not much choice (4 starters 4 main courses 4 desserts) but what we had: super good! I recommend the pig cheek! Wide choice of wines.

Thanks for this beautiful discovery. We came to celebrate our son's 25th birthday and we were won over. So many flavors and plates as pretty as they are tasty and...hearty. We only want to go back ☺️ But we'll have to wait... Because yesterday was your last shift before the holidays 🥳 That you well deserved😉 Well done for the friendly service and to the cooks. Cadre agréable à l exterieur comme à l intérieur. Personnel agréable. Cuisine pleine de saveurs extraordinaires. Un vrai délice avec les entrées et les plats. Les desserts sont un peu en dessous.
