Great little restaurant! You need to know the place and how to order, but apart from that, the food is really, really good, and the service is friendly. And for anyone who's spent some time in Asia, you won't feel lost at all!

02/05/2026: For me, the best in Gaillac, a discovery made quite by chance. Finally, a soft, fluffy crust and generous toppings! 🙏🙏🙏 The staff are absolutely lovely. Long live tartiflette! 😁
08/04/2026: Having recently moved to the area and being big pizza lovers, we decided to take on a challenge: try all the local pizzerias and find the one that's right for us! The pizzas are generously topped, the crust is wonderfully soft, perfectly cooked, and the flavor is amazing! The atmosphere is lovely, the restaurant is beautiful inside. It's a welcome change from your average little pizzeria to a more elegant setting! Thanks to the team, we have absolutely no complaints, it's perfect! 💪

Brasserie le Continental

10/05/2026: A brasserie with friendly staff. The dishes were very good. Some were classic, others original. I'm thinking in particular of "la purée du pauvre" (the poor man's mashed potatoes), which I highly recommend because it was a delicious dish: truffle mashed potatoes, a perfectly cooked egg, and pan-seared foie gras. The desserts were a slight disappointment, but it's still a good brasserie!
09/05/2026: Great team and amazing food! If you're looking for a great place to eat...this is it! Arthur and Axel are fantastic! Excellent value for money!!! Back on May 8th, 2026...The atmosphere is still amazing! Great team as usual. Disappointment because the pizza chef is no longer there, so no pizza, which is a real shame. The menu is simple, but in terms of quality, you guys need to rethink things. The fries weren't great, the steak tartare was bland...what a pity! You had managed to make this place a true "masterpiece," but now you need to get back on track. We're counting on you and your imagination :-)
